Market Pulse is one of the most important tools we use for listings, review management and social media procedures for our clients. Review management is the tool in Market Pulse to see and respond to reviews and look at the analytics behind them.

Here you'll find an overview of what your reviews say about your business. It will show your average star rating, and graphs of your reviews over time.
This tab is used to send out email or text message requests for Reviews. Be sure you talk with us before you use this. The best way to request a review is what is on-brand for your business, and for many businesses automating review requests is not always the best review experience.
This will be the main tab you stay on for review management. Under the Reviews tab, you'll be able to manage and respond to reviews as well as customize the text of review responses. At the top, it will give you common keywords and the client's average rating as well (same as what you'll see in the overview tab). Read:

Listings tab under Review Management allows you to DIY your own Listings Management. If this tab is missing, then Torchlight is already managing your listings for you. This tool shows you your Listings Score, the listing business information, and the search engines, review sites, directories and social media platforms that you business is listed on and if there are any problems that need to be corrected with it.
This tab will show you any areas where your Google Business Profile needs to be 'tuned'.
