Torchlight does the work for most of our clients in maintaining your business listings and this article describes the work we do to keep the internet fully aware of your business.
The Reputation Module is where you check to see if there are any problems syncing your company information to a specific listing.
You can view your Listing Health by doing the following from the Dashboard:
- Click Reputation
- Click the Listings Option - this will open the Listings Dashboard. If you have multiple locations with listing management, each location will be displayed here.
- By clicking the 'Expand' button, you can view the key data points that are set for the listing:
- Business Name
- Physical Address
- Business Category
- Phone Number
- Contact Email
- Next to the business name is a quick indicator of the listing Health showing either 'Active' or 'Conflicted'. 'Conflicted' means the the listing configuration is different from much of the information in the exiting listings. Read here about troubleshooting listing issues.
- View your Listing Health by clicking on the Location in the Listings Dashboard.

- A Healthy listing requires you to connect the Facebook Page and Google Business Profile in order for those to be updated by Listing Sync.
- The Overall health of all the other listing directories is available in the next row
- With Specific listing services in a table even further down.
- If you have to update your Listing information, click the 'Edit Listing Information' button in the top-left toolbar.

- The Analytics Tab gives you the information of your Listings at work for your business.
- We recommend that you change the time period to 'last 12 months' to get the best picture.
