About Your Reputation
The Reputation module is a powerful tool that gathers our review information and allows you to broadcast your primary contact info across the internet. Quickly responding to your reviews and keeping your listings accurate are important for your SEO strategy as it provides consistency for the search engines.
- This module is helpful for the following:
- Responding to Reviews
- Building a tool to solicit for more reviews
- Building a Review Widget on your site to show the latest reviews
- Updating the internet with new contact info (Phone, Address, Web Address, Hours, etc)
Maintaining Your Listings across the internet
The Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a quick overview of review requests, reviews received and other review trends. Non-intuitively, it has a box to 'Activate Yext Listing' and it shows this even if Yext is already activated.
