Description:

The Market Pulse Review Request tool will allow you to send and track customer review requests via Email and Text Messaging.

The standard period of time for the overview tab is 60 days, however, you can adjust that by using the drop-down menu in the top left corner. 

Overview:

The 'Requests' tab will allow you to see the progress the client's review requests have had over the selected period of time, including how many new reviews they have received. 

Sending out a Review Request:

1. Click the 'Send Review Request' button
2. Type in the first few letters of a customer's name (they are known as contacts withing MarketPulse)
   1. If the user does not exist, you have the opportunity to create a new Contact.
   2. If any information is not correct, first go and update the contact record in the contacts module.
3. Choose the Mode to send the request (Email or SMS)
4. Select the request Template
   Multiple templates are helpful to make it a more personal experience, such as a different template for each service you provide. For example one may be for a one-time project and another request may be for clients whom you work with regularly.
5. Select "Send Review Request"
6. If you wish to edit the template in any way, you must go down to the "Templates" section.

Review Link

This page generates a review request link that you can use for other correspondence, it also includes settings to customize when and how often links are used to the various Review Websites.

Review Balancing:

Under this tab, you can select what platforms will be provided to the reviewer. By default the review link defaults to the Google Business Profile (but now that most people use AI - a range of reviews sites is recommended). Yelp is not recommended as an option for a preferred review site due to its very strict solicitation rules.
