Review Request Templates
We highly recommend that you become familiar with your Email and SMS templates so the messaging does not confuse your customer and doesn't feel 'engineered'. By default, up to 2 reminder emails are sent 3 days later unless if the link within the email is clicked.
There are multiple scenarios when you may want to send a Review Request and to ensure it is presented with a personalized experience for your customers, we suggest that you create a handful of review requests. Here are a few suggestions of templates to create:
- Long time clients
- Project Completion
- Request for each type of service you provide
Creating a Review Request Template
- Open MarketPulse
- Go to the Reputation Module
- Select 'Settings'
- Click the 'Create New' to create a new review template email

To edit a template:
- Select the three dots to the right of the template you want to edit.
- Select "Edit Template".
- You can make any changes to the title of the email, the body of the email, the picture used, etc. Once you have made your preferred changes, select "Save" in the bottom right corner.
