Listing Sync Problems

Not all Listings sync instantly. It is recommended that you give this tool at least a month for all changes to propagate. On rare occasions, a specific listing cannot be updated with the Listing Sync tool, you should work with TLM to get this resolved.  If you happen to see several listings stuck in ‘Syncing’ mode - this is typically because you have previously engaged a listing service (such as Yext).  We will help you with not overlapping these services.
