Guide to Market Pulse: Social Marketing

Market Pulse is one of the most important tools we use for CRM, review management and social media tools for our clients. The Social Marketing tool will allow you to build clients' social media plans and search for new content.

Overview:

The Overview tab will give you the basic analytical information about the client's social media. It shows you the amount of posts scheduled for the next month, the reach and engagement on previous posts and customer posts.


My Posts:

The My Posts tab is the main area utilized for building social media plans. 

Recent Posts:

Shows you the client's recent posts.

Scheduled Posts:

Shows you the content that is scheduled to be posted, and to what platforms, in chronological order.

Calendar:

Shows you a calendar view of of what content is to be posted throughout the month.

If you want to change a post to be posted on a different day, simply use your mouse to drag it to the preferred day on the calendar. 

Drafts:

Shows you what content is drafted and not scheduled to be posted. You can use this tab to edit and continue working on drafts for clients.

Templates:

If there is a particular template of how you like content to be structured, you can make a template in this tab for easy use for the next time you want to schedule posts.

Clickable.Bio:

This is a newer tool used on Instagram where you can connect a client's website and products to the posts that show them. Once connected, a user could click on the link in the client's Instagram bio and be shown a screen with their most recent posts and direct links to purchasing the products displayed on their respective posts.

Customer Posts:

This tab shows you posts that mention the client. You can comment directly on the post through this tab.



Insights:

This is a great tool to use to find out more information on the performance of the client's posts. Depending on the information you find, it can tell you what posts/type of content is working and what is not.

Overview:

Shows you the client's audience growth between Facebook and Twitter.

Shows you how well the links imbedded in clients' posts preformed across various platforms  (meaning how many users clicked on those links). When clicking on each category, it will rank each top preforming post within that category. The 'other' category refers to any link clicks outside of the categories shown. This includes link clicks via emails, private messages, other sharing websites, etc.

Post Performance:

Shows you more in depth analysis of the reach and engagement of the client's posts. You can click on the platform categories to see an even further breakdown on each individual platform.


Settings:

The setting area allows you to connect accounts, establish your leads, and filter your RSS feeds for the tools mentioned above.

Connect Accounts:

This allows you to connect the client's social media accounts in order to post to all of them simultaneously using Market Pulse. Make sure you have the proper credentials for the client before beginning.
