MarketPulse allows you to bulk send, send within an automation and send individual SMS messages.

For a great customer experience it is good to leverage the ability for to communicate to your leads individually - its adds that personal touch.

Requirements

A2P verification must be complete.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Contacts Module
2. Select the contact you want to send an SMS to.
3. Switch the messaging type to 'SMS'
4. Compose your message
5. Click the send button.

Note: Text Messages longer than 170 characters or with with Emojis are subject to higher charges due to additional data usage.
