GA4 - Viewing AI Referral Traffic
Description
Visualization of AI Referral traffic data allow you to 'show' a client the rate of adoption of their website content. This is helpful to provide the validity of AI traffic and the effects of TLM's bundles.
Instructions
- Go Into Google Analytics 4 Open Acquisition
- Choose: Traffic Acquisition
- Click to add a filter
- Dimension: Choose 'Session source'
- Match Type: 'matches partial regex'
- Paste in Value:
gpt|openai|copilot|claude|perpl|anthropic|abridge|grok|inflection|gemini|deepseek|/.ai - Click Apply
- Switch to order type by 'Session source'
- Update the graph to show by month instead of by day
